WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER INQUIRING WITH BELLAROSE:
1.) After submitting your inquiry form you will be sent a questionnaire and a link to book a call with Bella! Fill out the questionnaire the best you can for whatever stage of planning you are in. Press the link to book a quick 15 minute call to chat about what you are looking for.
2.) Next we will hop on a quick call to get to know each other and see if we are a good fit! I will ask all the questions needed to give you an estimated quote. Just remember this number is a quick estimate based on photos and the explanation given on your end.
3.) If we end up working together and you are happy with the estimate provided, I will have you pay your deposit to secure your date and sign the contract. The deposit is mainly to secure your date, rather than secure each item on your quote, so do not be stressed about committing to anything in those early stages!
4.) Next we will begin the design process together and really finalize your vision. That’s when we can commit to items on your invoice! I am very understanding of visions and designs changing on your end so we will finalize items as we work together.
5.) After designing together, that is when I will provide a proposal, putting all of our visions to life in a quick powerpoint! Once you pass off on that proposal I will order flowers and start prepping for your big day! The final payment will be due usually a month before your wedding date. I offer payment plans throughout the process needed!
